Dr. Robert Richardson Bowen and Rebecca Peebles Bowen Endowed Scholarship (Quality and Safety Scholarship)

The Dr. Robert Richardson Bowen and Rebecca Peebles Bowen Endowed Scholarship (Quality and Safety Scholarship) will provide financial assistance to a VCU School of Nursing student enrolled in the DNP or Ph.D. program. The recipients plan of study must include a quality/safety focus and whose research or implementation project is linked to improving quality and safety in the healthcare setting. To qualify, students must be residents of Virginia, in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need. The scholarship will be awarded from the time of admission through graduation as long as recipients meet GPA requirements throughout their plan of study.
