John Sherman, Jr. Merit Scholarship in Engineering

The John Sherman, Jr. Merit Scholarship in Engineering was established in 2000 by John J. Sherman Jr. The College of Engineering awards the scholarship to a meritorious incoming, full-time freshman planning to major in engineering. The scholarship can be renewed for three additional years provided the student remains in good academic standing.

This opportunity will include new first year students enrolling in Fall 2026 who will receive offers scheduled for eight semesters if they meet renewal requirements.
