Dr. William F. Goggin Merit Scholarship Fund in the School of Education

The Dr. William F. Goggin Merit Scholarship was established in 2000 by Dr. Robert E. Marchant, M.Ed. 1971. The endowment honors Dr. Goggin, a retired professor who taught in the School of Education for more than 20 years. The University Scholarship Committee awards the Dr. William F. Goggin Merit Scholarship to meritorious, incoming full-time freshmen planning to major in Education. The scholarship is renewable for an additional four years provided the student remains in good academic standing.
