Eric W. Witzig Scholarship in Criminal Justice

Established by Mr. Eric W. Witzig (M.S. in Criminal Justice ’95) to support an undergraduate student in criminal justice. Mr. Witzig was in law enforcement for 43 years. He was a homicide detective with the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department until 1989, and then served as a crime analyst and supervisor with the FBI until he retired in 2012.
He passed away in February 2020.
