Dr. Jane Rollins Ingalls Scholarship

The Dr. Jane Rollins Ingalls Scholarship will provide financial assistance to a VCU School of Nursing student. The first preference shall be given to nursing students who are residents of the City of Fredericksburg or the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline, Orange, Culpeper, and Madison and who are graduates of the Germanna Community College Associate in Applied Science Nursing Program. Second preference shall be given to nursing students who are residents of the above counties. If no students meet the above criteria, the scholarship may be awarded to any deserving student enrolled in the School of Nursing.
