David P. Small Foundation Scholarship Endowment

The David P. Small Foundation Scholarship will provide financial support to a VCU School of Nursing student enrolled in the RN to B.S. program. To qualify, students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference will be given to students from Fredericksburg, VA. This scholarship is intended to follow the student recipient through completion of the RN to B.S. program, based on the recipient maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.
