John B. Sperry Scholarship Fund in Accounting in Business

The John Sperry Scholarship in Accounting was established in 1996 to honor Dr. Sperry on the occasion of his retirement from the VCU School of Business. Dr. Sperry was a member of the faculty for more than 25 years and spent 10 years as Chair of the Department of Accounting. The School of Business awards the John Sperry Scholarship in Accounting to full-time juniors in the Department who exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities.
