Richmond Chapter 38 Institute of Real Estate Management Scholarship

The Richmond Chapter 38 Institute of Real Estate Management Scholarship in Real Estate and Land Development was established in honor of Steven B. Brincefield, MS’74. The School of Business awards the IREM scholarship to a meritorious student majoring in Real Estate with a demonstrated interest in commercial property management. Selection will be based on academic merit with financial need being taken into consideration.
