James H. Boykin Endowed Scholarship

The James H. Boykin Endowed Scholarship, formerly the Real Estate Circle of Excellence Endowed Scholarship, was established in 1990 by real estate and mortgage-lending executives throughout Virginia. Dr. James H. Boykin was the Alfred L. Blake Chair Professor of Real Estate at Virginia Commonwealth University for more than 30 years. In honor of Dr. Boykin’s achievements and contributions, the scholarship is awarded annually to an outstanding undergraduate or graduate student specializing in Real Estate.
