Otti Windmueller Scholarship in the School of the Arts

Otti Y. Windmueller established the Otti Y. Windmueller Scholarship in Fashion Design in 1982. Mrs. Windmueller received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from VCU in 1959 and taught fashion design for 29 years in the School of the Arts. The University Scholarship Committee and the School of the Arts award the Otti Y. Windmueller Scholarship in Fashion Design to meritorious seniors majoring in fashion design.
