James Kieran Foley Memorial Scholarship

The James Kieran Foley Memorial Scholarship was established in 2003 in memory of James Kieran Foley, a talented student in the Art Foundation program. The Foley Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding Art Foundation student, based on artistic ability and financial need.
