The Richmond Joint Engineers’ Council Merit Scholarship was established in 2000 by the RJEC. The College of Engineering awards the Richmond Joint Engineers’ Council Merit Scholarship to a meritorious student in engineering. The scholarship may be renewable for up to three years, provided the student maintains a 3.3 GPA
