Judy VanSlyke Turk Endowed Scholarship

The Judy VanSlyke Turk Scholarship was established with gifts from colleagues and friends in honor of Dr. Turk’s service as director of the School of Mass Communications (now the Robertson School of Media and Culture) from 2002-2010. The scholarship may be awarded to either an incoming or current student in the Integrated Communication concentration of the Mass Communications master’s program within the Richard T. Robertson School of Media and Culture, based on a student’s promise/potential to be an outstanding public relations professional and leader. A brief essay will be required in which the applicant will describe her/his commitment to a career in integrated communication and their views on what leadership of the integrated communication profession will require (and how they believe they can provide that leadership).
