The Robert E. Rigsby Merit Scholarship was established in 2000 by Mr. Robert E. Rigsby, MS’75, MBA’81. The College Engineering awards the Rigsby Merit Scholarship to a meritorious student in engineering. The scholarship may be renewed for up to three years provided the student maintains a 3.0 GPA
