Dr. Billy L. Stump and Dr. Raphael M. Ottenbrite Fellowship in Chemistry

Pursuant to the request of the donor, this scholarship shall be awarded according to the following criteria:

• Recipient must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and a graduate student in good academic standing and currently enrolled in the Department at the time funds are disbursed;
• Recipient intends to pursue a career in industry;
• The scholarship is renewable;
• The amount of the award will vary each year, in accordance with the VCU Foundation investment policies and performance.
