Eva S. Hardy Scholarship in Public Administration

Established by Eva S. Hardy in 2007, this is awarded to a meritorious student who is, preferably, a representative of an underserved population. Mrs. Hardy served as Virginia’s secretary of health and human resources in the Baliles administration (1986-1990) before serving as senior vice president for external affairs and corporate communications at Dominion Resources. Recognized by multiple organizations for her community service, she currently serves as a consultant for Dominion Energy.
