Betty G. Leggett Scholarship

For students enrolled in the Ph.D. in Education program, with a concentration in Art Education. The recipient must be fully admitted into the Ph.D. program and have a minimum GPA of 3.5. Applicants must explain why they chose to apply to this scholarship.
